This morning tucked up cosy and warm I prepared for a morning of sewing and sharing with Tracey who wanted to learn how to foundation piece patchwork.

We both stitched a heart and after Tracey left I made my heart into a mug rug.

I keep forgetting to show you a Kiwiana quilt that Peggy made and I quilted.

Isn’t that an interesting pattern?

Sixteen patches and pinwheels. Simple but very effective.

  2. We have had mild frosts every day for a week or so now, about ZERO early on, Is the room your lounge, quilting room, I didn't see the long arm. Lovely curtains and roman blinds, and your sewing cabinet with that huge extension, a super set-up, and naturally 2 furrballs to complete the picture.
