Kaye’s quilt

This is Kaye’s first quilt. I think it’s one of the nicest Jellyroll quilts I have seen.

Sugar clams in the body of the quilt, paisley in the outer border and a bit of highlight stitching on the flowers.

The fabrics are such rich colours and the big flowers add some pizazz.

Thank you for entrusting your first quilt to me Kaye.

  1. Love the flowers and the quilting you added to them. That is a very nice Jelly Roll, love the colors! Well done by both!

  2. Now I know what you were talking about. Looks great and can see why others were envious. Job very well done.

  3. I'm not a big fan of the Jelly Roll Race quilts, but I love this one. I think it is the combo of the colors and the added flowers. Bravo to Kaye for creating this beauty!

  4. I agree, lovely quilt - a fabulous first quilt and gorgeous colours.

  5. Congratulations to Kaye! That is a HUGE milestone and she did a gorgeous job with the jelly roll race pattern.. making it her own with the flowers. Just lovely. And Linda, you did a beautiful job quilting it. I know Kaye will love it!!
